Shipping rates are based on country and weight of package, and appear on the final portion of the checkout page. 

Typical transit times for USPS Priority shipping for domestic (U.S.) packages are as follows:

All orders are shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse and the estimated delivery date is based on the distance from our facility. These dates are estimates only, as USPS sometimes encounters backlogs and/or inclement weather which may delay shipments by an additional day or so.**Estimated delivery time does not include our typical 24-48 hour processing time for all orders**

Business days do not include weekends and holidays.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for erroneous shipping address information which may result in package being lost or returned to us as "non-deliverable as addressed". If returned to us as "non-deliverable", we will refund the price of merchandise (and any applicable sales tax), but cannot refund the original shipping charge. 

Upon shipment, you will receive an email stating your order has shipped and provide you with tracking information. If tracking information states that shipment has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact the USPS at 1-800-275-8777 and address the problem with them directly. We will not be held responsible for packages which have been designated as "delivered" by the USPS, and cannot issue refunds or credits.
